I had a 2012 Qashqai and about 18 months ago the wipers packed up in the middle of a thunderstorm. Stopped and rebooted the engine and miraculously they came back to life. Then a day or so later died again. A search on the internet suggested a few possibilities. Wiper motor dead, wiper motor fuse blown, mechanical linkages worn.
I have an android head unit, works absolutely fine apart from one thing. The darn steering wheel controls. The canbus is a 'Raise' unit and the head unit decoder is setup to read a raise Qashqai decoder. My suspicion however is around the Key 1 / 2 wires, I've tried to have a go at following the diagrams on the unit, however I need some advice
